Anyone have both a Staccato P and a Wilson Combat EDC X9 ? How do they compare? If you could only have one, which would it be? I have an EDC X9, but I'm not liking the grip anymore. I'm not sure if its the grip thickness or just that I'm used to 1911 grips. I really prefer holding a 1911. Thinking of maybe getting a Staccato P instead.

I think the Wilson Combat/Mec-Gar designed magazines are the better design. They are very much like any 9mm double-stack magazine you may have seen (Beretta, M&P, CZ, and the like). The Gen 2 STI magazines have shed most of the bad reputation of the finicky Gen 1 magazines, but see less robust, but their nature.
